Ark Academy boasts a spectacular 11-a-side 3g astroturf football pitch which is available for footballers looking for a one-off game or a regular block booking. It is a full size pitch that is available to book for one-off training sessions or a season long league. Check with the facility about hiring officials and other equipment.

The venue is surrounded by floodlights which makes this facility perfect all year around. The lights will be turned off by the facility once all sports bookings have been completed.

Those driving are usually able to park free of charge at the facility however this is not possible at the moment due to the car park intercom is out of use until further notice. Pay and display parking is available on Bridge Road, opposite School entrance from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 – 18:30 and free parking after 18:30. Parking is also available on Newland Court and Grendon Gardens, behind the school.

The venue is open to the public to come and play on a one off basis. Their pay as you play system means that you can book now and play without being a member. This gives you the freedom to play a one off game without having to pay a monthly membership fee.

It also takes the hassle out of paying before each game and collecting money from teammates as there is a one-time payment.

The venue usually has changing facilities to use when you book, however due to Covid, these are temporarily closed until further notice.
