BACA Sports Centre
BACA Sports Centre is blessed with a great gym. It is equipped with all the latest machines and exercise apparatus to ensure regular and first-time visitors are looked after in style. If you are a newcomer to the BACA Sports Complex gym, then the friendly staff will be delighted to show you around and explain how to get the best out of the equipment. There are showers available for anyone booking online and heading onto the next part of their day following a gym session. Free parking is an option too after school hours for those arriving by car and the gym is a short walk from the local train station.
Health and fitness high on your agenda? If so, make you check you out the gym at University of Brighton, Falmer. The gym is state-of-the-art and has all the trappings you’d want from a modern gym on the South Coast. If you’re new to gyms there is a tour which will give you a flavour of what is on offer. There are cardio and anaerobic equipment to suit all visitor needs. It’s open in the morning for anyone wanting a quick workout before work, while the showers mean you can crack on with your day feeling fresh.
If you love keeping fit and healthy then Longhill Sports Centre should be on your list of sporting places to visit. The gym here is outstanding and has all the equipment and machines. Longhill Sports Centre fitness suite is open to the public at the allotted opening times, with the exception of Friday’s, and during school term between 12-2.40pm. It operates a flexible session process to cater for those gym goers who want regular membership or pay-as-you go per use. In the suite are Treadmills, Cross-trainers, Free Weights and Rowing Machines, to name a few of the most popular.
