Operations Executive
Job Summary
As part of the Operations Team, you’ll be at the core of Playfinder as the team is the first point of contact for our users who have questions, problems, feedback and compliments. In your role, you will be working within the day-to-day operations of the business such as answering calls and emails whilst dealing with customer enquiries, bookings and feedback.
You will be working within a fun and engaging environment, as part of a strong team with an open and positive work culture and shared values of hard work, motivation and ambition in taking the company to the next level.
You will be actively encouraged to contribute ideas, feedback and contribute positive changes to the business, and there will be opportunities to take on projects and show off your skills within the company. As you grow into the role, you will be able to take on extra responsibility so any experience in client support, data analysis, client onboarding, account management and client success would be beneficial to the role.

IT Quality Assurance Tester
Job summary
Playfinder is looking for a talented, creative IT Quality Assurance Tester who will join a growing team inLondon/Remotely and play a decisive role as they build a wonderful product to scale across the UK and internationally.You will be involved with both designing and running manual tests on the products the development team build, working with the Lead QA.
Playfinder is building a team of skillful people that can take the company from its current position as scaling quickly across the UK, to being an internationally recognised consumer brand for sports players. We want keen self-starters who really want to push the product to the next level by focusing on simplicity and elegance in design.
