Access to courts will operate on 1-way system excluding the revolving door, everyone must maintain social distance at all times, considering increasing the 2m when sweaty.

1 set of toilets will be available on-demand but players are encouraged to minimize the usage of it as much as possible.

Each booking lasts after 50 minutes to allow time for players to leave before the next players arrive and avoid crowds. Only single play allowed at St. Helen’s (1on1).

Players should bring their own equipment, it is advised to avoid the use of communal rackets or tennis balls.

Use of coaching equipment (e.g. cones) should be limited, with any equipment used cleaned and wiped down afterwards.

Nets are maintained at the appropriate height by St. Helen’s staff to avoid players having to adjust them, and remove net winders.

The first aid box will be available by the revolving door, however St. Helen’s staff will not administer it, in case of serious incident call 999 and alert reception personnel.

Booking may be cancelled by management in case of severe weather condition, if the weather is not considered dangerous by management there won’t be any refunds after the booking is confirmed.
Spectators are not allowed.
