Footwear & Pitch Rules:

To protect the 3G playing surface and ensure everyone’s safety, please follow these guidelines:

✅ Permitted footwear: moulded boots, AG (artificial ground) boots, or Astro trainers
✅ Flat-soled trainers are allowed but may offer less grip
❌ No metal studs or blades – strictly prohibited
❌ No food or chewing gum on the pitch
