Finsbury Park Sports Partnership

The athletics facilities in Finsbury Park are probably the best in North London. The facility, located at the highest point of Finsbury Park beside the lake, provides the perfect environment in which to train and hold competitions. The facilities were installed in 2014, are all certified to Trackmark standard, and consist of:
- An Outdoor, Synthetic 400m 6 lane track with
- 110 metre10 lane home straight
- 100 metre 6 lane back straight
- Pole Vault,
- High Jump,
- Hammer/Discus Cage,
- 2 x Long/Triple Jump Pits,
- Javelin,
- 2 x Shot Putt areas.
- A 110 metre grassed infield
- Floodlights
- If needed a full set of competition equipment (Hurdles, throwing implements, lap counter, bell, rakes, tape measures, etcetera) can be made available
- Please enquire if you need photo-finish
- The track is in a fenced enclosure which can be locked throughout a booking if needed
-There is one member of staff to assist with set up of equipment

Hire of the entire facility is ideal for:
- An athletics league match
- A school sports day
- School PE or Games lessons
- Athletics or Sports Club Championships
- Open events
- Corporate Events
- Film Location

It is strongly recommended that you travel to the venue by public transport. Finsbury Park sits at the junction of Haringey, Hackney and Islington and has superb travel links by Underground, Overground and bus. If you need to bring a car, or if your team is arriving by bus then given advance notice access to the Park can be arranged. If you choose to travel by car, then it would be wise to check the CPZ restrictions nearby, which are strict, especially on Arsenal match days.

Every booking includes access to the pavilion which contains toilets and changing rooms (men’s and women’s)
There is also a small servery which is suitable for the sale of prepared food, and contains a large urn, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and washing up facilities.
