The Ladies' Pond is on the Highgate side of the Heath. Lifeguarded and open year round, from 7am to between 2:15pm and 8:30pm:

Be aware that on hot weekends in the summer all the ponds get very busy. They’re best enjoyed on weekdays, or on cooler weekends, when you don’t have to queue with half of London.
