The Mixed Pond is the only swimming pond on the Hampstead side of the Heath, near to Hampstead Heath overground station.
Be aware that on hot weekends in the summer all the ponds get very busy. They’re best enjoyed on weekdays, or on cooler weekends, when you don’t have to queue with half of London.
