The PTAAS is a support programme set up for Portsmouth residents who are competing at the highest level of sport. The initiative was established by the Portsmouth city council, BH live and the University of Portsmouth to help contribute to the success of their budding stars. Members are allowed access to facilities across the borough so training can be easily accessible, allowing athletes to reach their maximum potential.
